Estate Planning Attorney
Charlie Malolo
Charlie Malolo is an Estate Planning Attorney in McKinney, Texas. For over a decade he has been helping people create meaningful legacies for their families and loved ones from his offices in McKinney, Texas, through estate planning services.
Charlie graduated with a law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2011. He has made it his mission since then to educate families on the complexities of planning for probate, as well as how to develop thoughtful and meaningful ways to leave a complete legacy for loved ones through estate planning.
At the age of seven, Charlie’s father passed away unexpectedly. This tragic event gave him a deep insight to what loved ones we leave behind experience should the unthinkable happen.
My desire to help people plan for the unthinkable comes from the loss of my father when I was a child. My dad was a hero to all around him and never really planned for his own death. Unfortunately, we never know when our time will come and many things were not really laid out properly for my family and I when my dad passed away. While tragic, that event made me determined to help as many people as I can to see not just the benefits and not just the conveniences of a good estate plan, but the absolute necessities of estate planning for people who are committed to ensuring their loved ones are cared for properly when they are gone. I encourage you to get started by calling to schedule an appointment for a consultation with me today. I look forward to meeting you! -Charlie

"I am a Certified Financial Planner in Collin County and I work with Estate Attorney's frequently to assist clients with their estate planning needs. However, I prefer Charlie because he offers a personal touch, he is trustworthy and I know he is looking out for my client's best interest. It's rare to find an attorney with those values and it be reflected in his business practices."
