One Hour Consultation
We begin with a 1 hour consultation where we answer the who, what, and where questions. From there we will recommend the best plan for you.

Confirmation of Information
Within 2 business days of your initial meeting, we will send you the confirmation of information for you to check spellings and important parts.

The Signing Meeting
At your signing meeting, we’ll explain all documents in detail, execute your formal will ceremony, and sign & notarize all of your plan documents.

Final Binder Pickup
Once we finish signing, we will prepare your binder with all of your documents. As early as the next business day, your binder will be ready for pickup!

MEET ATTORNEY CHARLIE MALOLO
Charlie Malolo is an Estate Planning Attorney in McKinney, Texas. For the last five years he has been helping people create meaningful legacies for their families and loved ones from his offices in McKinney, Texas, through estate planning services.
At the age of seven, Charlie’s father passed away unexpectedly. This tragic event gave him a deep insight to what loved ones we leave behind experience should the unthinkable happen.
He has made it his mission to educate families on the complexities of planning for probate, as well as how to develop thoughtful and meaningful ways to leave a complete legacy for loved ones through estate planning.
